Ploughing Rules for matches that contain a Class for Ferguson T20 and Ford Ferguson Tractors and the mouldboard ploughs produced for these tractors.
An illustration of an eligible plough is contained on page 3 of the Ferguson Mouldboard Plough Manual published by Harry Ferguson Ltd in 1951. The manual reference is FP.218/20,000/12/51.
For the avoidance of doubt the top link that is preferred is illustrated as FIG.18 on page 15 of the above mentioned manual.
Mouldboards must be of the type specifically produced for the Ferguson plough that was produced for the T20 Tractor. That does not include bodies produced for the Ferguson 35 but which could be fitted to the original T20 plough.
Plough items not allowed:
- Quick entry top links
- Non standard Ferguson top link
- Two levelling boxes
- Any other attachments not originally produced for the Ferguson T20 plough
- Stabiliser bars
- Left handed discs
